Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant and clean room with an air conditioner and a refrigerator. The hotel has a terrace that is always open and free to use for relaxing and sitting around with a cup of coffee, water, or e.g. with your own food in the evening. A breakfast buffet started not always punctually while our stay, but it has a good variety of both standard european foods (bread, cheese, jam, eggs) and local foods - cold and hot dishes. It was always very tasty :) The location is really good, it's comfortable to reach the tram station, shopping centre with cafés (Galataport) and Taksim Square.

the location was close to the metro station and the Terras view was great it’s the place for breakfast and you can stay there whenever you want you well find mu photo to the terras view attached and absolutely the staff they helpful and good English speaking, specially the girl on the reception she is so cute and lovely and helpful.

By far what I liked most about this place is the staff. Yagmur in particular has been a godsend :) 10 mins away from Taksim Square.

The location was excellent, close to Taksim Square and T1 tram. Great view from the breakfast area overlooking the Bosphorus.

The breakfast was great the staff at the hotel was very helpfull with all my questions. They were kind and did all they could to make my stay in Istanbul a trip i will never forget. The location is fantastic if you want to experience the real istanbul lifestyle and it was the best hotel i stayed in for a very reasonable price.

The best Side of the hotel was the staff. A lot of the people from the reception were great. I particularly want to thank Chetin and the lady who was speaking in Russian. They helped me a lot; not only with the hotel issues but also by giving other recommendations. They are AMAZING people!

We liked how the Hotel was close to the key areas at the same time calm, The staff was very kind and generous especially Mr. Cetin. Bonus: the shower was very pleasant with the mist mode, would recommend.
